Welcome to AsliJobs. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AsliJobs website, WhatsApp-based services, employer dashboard, admin-supported services, communication channels, job listings, application features, promotional services, and any related products or services offered by AsliJobs.

By using AsliJobs, registering with us, applying for a job, posting a job, communicating with us on WhatsApp, submitting any information, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the AsliJobs platform or services.

AsliJobs is a WhatsApp-based job portal designed to connect India’s blue-collar and entry-level workforce with employers. The platform helps job seekers discover job opportunities, apply for jobs, receive updates, communicate in preferred languages, and connect with employers in a simple and familiar way through WhatsApp and other supported channels.

AsliJobs also enables employers to post job openings, receive candidate applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, promote hiring requirements, and manage hiring-related activities through platform tools and admin support.

AsliJobs acts as a facilitator between job seekers and employers. AsliJobs is not the employer of any job seeker unless specifically stated in writing. AsliJobs does not guarantee employment, candidate selection, interview attendance, joining, job performance, salary payment, or hiring success.

In these Terms, “AsliJobs,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the AsliJobs platform and its operators.

“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person or entity accessing or using AsliJobs, including job seekers, employers, recruiters, business representatives, and visitors.

“Job Seeker” refers to an individual using AsliJobs to search, apply for, or receive information about jobs.

“Employer” refers to any company, business, recruiter, agency, contractor, shop, establishment, or individual hiring entity that posts jobs or seeks candidates through AsliJobs.

“Platform” refers to the AsliJobs website, WhatsApp communication system, employer dashboard, admin dashboard, support channels, databases, campaigns, and related services.

“Job Listing” means any job post, vacancy, hiring requirement, employment opportunity, or recruitment advertisement published or shared through AsliJobs.

“Content” includes text, images, videos, documents, job posts, candidate profiles, video profiles, transcripts, messages, promotional material, and any other information submitted or displayed on the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws to use AsliJobs. If you are using AsliJobs on behalf of a company, business, employer, agency, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that entity and bind it to these Terms.

Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information about their identity, skills, experience, location, language preference, availability, salary expectation, and other relevant details.

Employers must provide accurate and truthful information about their company, hiring requirements, salary, work location, job role, working hours, benefits, interview process, and employment terms.

AsliJobs may refuse access, restrict services, suspend accounts, reject job postings, or remove users if false information, misuse, fraud, spam, abusive conduct, misleading activity, or violation of these Terms is found.

To use certain services, you may be required to register through WhatsApp, website forms, dashboard access, or admin-assisted onboarding. You agree to provide complete, correct, updated, and genuine information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, WhatsApp account, email address, and other contact details provided by you are active and accessible.

You agree not to create fake profiles, duplicate accounts, misleading employer profiles, fraudulent job listings, or unauthorized accounts on behalf of another person or business.

AsliJobs may verify user details, employer details, job details, documents, phone numbers, or other information where required. Verification by AsliJobs does not create any guarantee, warranty, or legal certification regarding a user, employer, job, candidate, or business.

AsliJobs is designed as a WhatsApp-first platform. By interacting with AsliJobs on WhatsApp, submitting your number, clicking a WhatsApp link, opting in to receive job alerts, or using our services, you agree to receive service-related messages, job alerts, application updates, interview reminders, employer responses, support messages, promotional messages where permitted, and other platform communications.

You may receive messages in your preferred language where language support is available. AsliJobs may use automated replies, chat flows, templates, admin responses, or support team communication to assist you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share on WhatsApp. AsliJobs is not responsible for delays, message delivery failures, account restrictions, network issues, device issues, user-side deletion of chats, or third-party limitations related to WhatsApp or telecom providers.

You may opt out of promotional or non-essential communications where such options are provided. However, opting out may affect your ability to receive job alerts, application updates, interview reminders, or other service-related information.

Job seekers agree to provide genuine personal and professional information while using AsliJobs. This includes name, mobile number, location, preferred language, job category, skills, experience, expected salary, availability, and other profile details.

Job seekers must not submit false experience, fake documents, misleading video profiles, abusive content, offensive language, incorrect identity details, or any information that may mislead employers or AsliJobs.

Job seekers are responsible for checking job details carefully before applying, attending interviews on time, communicating honestly with employers, and making their own decision before accepting any job offer.

AsliJobs does not guarantee that every application will result in shortlisting, interview, selection, offer, or joining. Employer decisions are independent and may depend on the employer’s requirements, candidate profile, availability, interview performance, background checks, or other factors.

Job seekers should not make any payment to employers, agents, third parties, or unknown persons unless they independently verify the legitimacy of such payment. AsliJobs does not encourage or support fraudulent job charges, illegal placement fees, misleading deposits, or suspicious money requests.

If a job seeker notices a fake job, misleading offer, unsafe work condition, payment demand, abusive employer, or suspicious activity, they should report it to AsliJobs immediately through the available support channels.

Employers agree to provide true, complete, and updated hiring information. This includes company name, contact person, job title, job location, salary range, working hours, job type, number of openings, experience requirement, language requirement, benefits, interview process, and employment terms.

Employers must not post fake jobs, misleading salary details, discriminatory job conditions, illegal employment opportunities, unsafe work requirements, fraudulent schemes, commission-based offers disguised as fixed salary jobs, or jobs that violate applicable laws.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings, candidate selection, interview process, salary payment, employment offer, workplace safety, statutory compliance, and all legal obligations arising from employment or engagement of workers.

Employers must communicate respectfully with candidates and must not harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or mislead job seekers.

Employers must update the status of jobs, applications, interviews, selections, and closures in a timely manner. AsliJobs may contact employers for status updates and may pause or remove inactive job posts.

AsliJobs reserves the right to reject, edit, pause, suspend, or remove employer accounts or job listings that are incomplete, misleading, suspicious, inactive, illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

AsliJobs may review, approve, reject, edit, pause, promote, or remove job listings at its discretion. Approval of a job listing does not mean AsliJobs guarantees the employer, role, salary, working conditions, or final employment outcome.

Job listings may be shared through WhatsApp, website pages, employer dashboards, job alerts, promotional campaigns, social media, or other channels.

Job seekers may apply to job listings through WhatsApp, platform forms, adminassisted processes, or other supported methods. Once an application is submitted, AsliJobs may share relevant candidate information with the employer for hiring purposes.

Employers may shortlist, reject, schedule interviews, select, or close applications based on their hiring requirements. AsliJobs may assist in communication, coordination, reminders, and tracking but does not control the final hiring decision.

Job seekers and employers are responsible for independently verifying important details before proceeding with interviews, joining, or hiring.

AsliJobs may conduct verification checks for employers, job posts, user profiles, phone numbers, documents, job details, business identity, or other information where required.

Verification may include document checks, phone verification, business checks, manual review, admin approval, or other reasonable methods. However, verification is not a legal guarantee of authenticity, financial status, compliance, employment quality, background, or future conduct.

AsliJobs may mark certain employers, jobs, or profiles as verified, approved, pending, rejected, or under review based on internal processes. AsliJobs may revoke verification or approval if new concerns arise.

Users must not misuse verified status, badges, approvals, profile labels, or platform trust indicators.

AsliJobs may allow job seekers to upload short video profiles to introduce themselves, explain their experience, demonstrate skills, or support their job applications.

By uploading a video profile, you confirm that the video belongs to you, is genuine, does not violate any third-party rights, does not contain abusive or unlawful content, and may be reviewed, processed, transcribed, translated, displayed, or shared with relevant employers and platform users for hiring-related purposes.

AsliJobs may generate transcripts, summaries, translations, or searchable text from video profiles. Transcripts and translations may contain errors due to language, accent, audio quality, background noise, or technical limitations. Users may request correction where such support is available.

AsliJobs may reject, remove, hide, or disable any video profile or transcript that contains misleading information, offensive content, unlawful material, poor quality, impersonation, spam, or content unrelated to hiring.

AsliJobs may provide communication, job alerts, support, transcripts, and platform content in multiple Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, English, and others as supported from time to time.

Language support is provided for accessibility and convenience. Translations may not always be exact, complete, or legally precise. In case of conflict between translated content and official English terms, the English version may prevail unless otherwise stated.

Users are encouraged to contact support if they do not understand any job detail, employer message, policy, or platform communication.

AsliJobs may offer promotional services for employers, job listings, hiring campaigns, urgent job alerts, locality-based promotions, language-based campaigns, featured jobs, sponsored listings, or similar visibility services.

All promotions may be subject to review and approval by AsliJobs. AsliJobs may use a multi-level approval process involving marketing review, operations review, content or language review, compliance review, and final admin approval before publishing or sending a campaign.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that promoted job details are accurate, lawful, genuine, and not misleading. AsliJobs may reject or stop any promotion that contains incorrect salary, false urgency, misleading claims, discriminatory content, spam, or suspicious hiring activity.

Promotion performance may vary depending on location, job category, audience, timing, message quality, candidate availability, and other factors. AsliJobs does not guarantee a fixed number of applications, interviews, hires, conversions, or joinings from any promotion.

Certain services on AsliJobs may be free, while others may be paid. Paid services may include employer subscriptions, job posting plans, promoted job listings, hiring campaigns, candidate access, featured visibility, support packages, or other services introduced from time to time.

All fees, payment terms, validity periods, service inclusions, and renewal terms will be communicated before purchase wherever applicable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, payments made for subscriptions, promotions, campaigns, job postings, or other paid services may be non-refundable once the service is activated, used, scheduled, published, or delivered.

AsliJobs may revise pricing, plans, features, or payment terms from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Users are responsible for providing correct billing details, payment information, GST details where applicable, and other required information.

Users must not use AsliJobs for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized activity.

Users must not post fake jobs, fake profiles, misleading salaries, scam offers, adult content, hate speech, political propaganda, illegal work, discriminatory hiring conditions, spam, malware, phishing links, unauthorized advertisements, or content that violates applicable laws.

Users must not scrape data, copy platform content, misuse candidate data, sell user information, send unauthorized bulk messages, reverse engineer platform systems, interfere with platform security, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to AsliJobs systems.

Employers must not misuse candidate information for non-hiring purposes, harassment, marketing without consent, resale of data, or any unlawful activity.

Any violation may result in removal of content, account suspension, service restriction, legal action, or reporting to appropriate authorities.

Job seekers understand that when they apply for a job, relevant profile information may be shared with employers for recruitment purposes. This may include name, mobile number, location, job category, skills, experience, expected salary, availability, language preference, video profile, transcript, and application status.

Employers agree to use candidate information only for legitimate hiring-related purposes and to protect such information from misuse, unauthorized sharing, or unlawful processing.

AsliJobs may use platform data to operate services, improve job matching, send alerts, provide support, generate analytics, prevent fraud, verify users, improve campaigns, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the AsliJobs Privacy Policy. Users should read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

AsliJobs may rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, AI transcription tools, translation tools, customer support tools, email/SMS providers, and other technology partners.

Use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, limitations, availability, and charges. AsliJobs is not responsible for failures, delays, downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, delivery issues, or errors caused by third-party services.

Users may contact AsliJobs for support related to job applications, employer issues, fake job complaints, account access, language support, profile updates, video profile issues, transcript corrections, payments, promotions, or other platform matters.

AsliJobs may categorize, assign, review, escalate, resolve, or close support requests based on the nature of the issue.

AsliJobs will make reasonable efforts to address user complaints within a reasonable time, subject to the nature of the complaint and information provided by the user.

AsliJobs aims to provide reliable access to its services. However, the platform may be unavailable or interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet failures, WhatsApp limitations, third-party failures, security issues, or events beyond our control.

AsliJobs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available service.

All rights in the AsliJobs name, logo, brand identity, website content, dashboard designs, workflows, technology, text, graphics, templates, campaigns, software, databases, and other platform materials belong to AsliJobs or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, misuse, or create derivative works from AsliJobs content or platform materials without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant AsliJobs a limited right to use, process, display, share, translate, transcribe, promote, and store such content for operating and improving the platform and providing services.

AsliJobs provides a platform to connect job seekers and employers. AsliJobs does not guarantee that job seekers will get jobs, employers will find suitable candidates, interviews will happen, candidates will join, or employment relationships will be successful.

Job details such as salary, location, timing, benefits, responsibilities, and working conditions are generally provided by employers. While AsliJobs may review or verify certain details, users must independently confirm important information before proceeding.

AsliJobs is not responsible for disputes between job seekers and employers, including salary disputes, workplace issues, joining issues, background checks, attendance, performance, termination, employment conditions, or statutory obligations.

Nothing on the platform should be considered legal, financial, employment, tax, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsliJobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, failed hiring, failed joining, reputational loss, or claims arising from user conduct, employer conduct, thirdparty services, job listings, interviews, or platform use.

AsliJobs’ total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to AsliJobs for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable amount as determined under applicable law where no payment was made.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsliJobs, its founders, directors, employees, partners, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your job postings, your misuse of candidate or employer data, your violation of law, or your dispute with another user.

AsliJobs may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate access to the platform or any service if a user violates these Terms, provides false information, posts misleading jobs, misuses data, engages in fraud, causes harm to other users, fails verification, abuses support, violates platform policies, or creates legal or reputational risk for AsliJobs.

Users may stop using AsliJobs at any time. Certain data may be retained where required for legal, operational, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

AsliJobs may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on the website, shared through platform notices, or communicated through other appropriate channels.

Continued use of AsliJobs after changes are published will mean that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of the AsliJobs Platform or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
